Hotel service

The Hotel Service is a free online booking tool with which (international) event and conference participants can easily and safely book a hotel room. Room blocks are secured per event at hotels specifically selected for that event. The availability together with relevant hotel information are processed in the booking module, which can be fully integrated into the website of the event and adapted to the corresponding look & feel. Pre-confirmed room blocks can also be added.

Services

The services consist of:

  • A tailor-made online booking module in the “look and feel” of the event that can be integrated into the event website;
  • Overnight stays at the best available rates, including breakfast, city tax excluded;
  • Immediate availability at special conditions;
  • No hidden costs for participants;
  • Personal and professional service.

Free of charge

There are no costs for the organizers to use the booking engine or the services. The Hotel Service's revenues derive from the hotel commission on the final amount of rooms booked.

Hotel Service Utrecht

The Hotel Service has been developed for the city of Utrecht, in collaboration with the Utrecht Convention Bureau and the Utrecht hotels. The Utrecht Convention Bureau is very happy with the restart of Hotel Service Utrecht. “This one-stop shop takes a lot of work out of the hands of organizers. We are pleased that through Hotel Service Utrecht we can continue to offer this service, as we are used to in Utrecht, ”says Account Manager Monique Andre de la Porte.
